Salmon, Asparagus & Orzo Salad

The last few days we've been running around DC with Matt & Lindsay showing them the sights...which often means we don't get home until after 7pm when all of us are starving.  This is one of my favorite quick summer recipes.  I think Matt & Lindsay liked it, although our salmon can't compete with the tasty Alaskan salmon they are used to!

Tonight we are going out for soft shell crab with Uncle Bob in Georgetown.  I can't wait!
