The only bad thing about this recipe is that it takes FOREVER to pull all the stupid cilantro leaves off the stems (despite the fact that its a Real Simple recipe). Dave gave Stephen & I that job. We got about halfway through and decided that was good enough. I think next time we'll just throw the stems in & see if it makes any difference.
