Reston Zoo

James & I took a trip to the Reston zoo this weekend.  It's really more of a petting zoo than an actual zoo.  There are barns full of sheep, goats, chickens, bunnies, etc.  But the highlight of the Reston zoo is the tractor ride around the pasture.

All the animals come right up to the trailer.  You can buy a cup of feed to entice the animals if you want.  I didn't really want wild animals licking James, so I passed on the feed.  Maybe when he's older :)

James wasn't really into the animals; he preferred staring at the other kids on the trailer.

They had a zebra!

I'm not sure what kind of cows these are, but they were a little scary.

The camels were my favorite part.  I wish riding the camels had been an option.
